Meet The Team

The Anchor: A visionary leader, compassionate healer, and dedicated servant-leader, Dr. Joan Rogers has spent over thirty-five years intersecting the worlds of pastoral care, high-level corporate governance, and clinical psychotherapy. As the Founder and Executive Director of CliniProC, Dr. Rogers brings a rare blend of executive acumen, academic rigor, and profound empathy to her private practice and consulting work. Her life’s mission is dedicated to equipping leaders, restoring relationships, and providing a sanctuary for holistic emotional and spiritual healing.
-
Her Focus: Specializes in evidence-based individual psychotherapy, advanced pre-marital and marital co-counselling, and clinical pastoral care education for interfaith ministers.

Creative Catalyst: Sandria beautifully intersects clinical science with artistic expression, holding a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music. Drawing from both clinical training and musical experience, she incorporates music therapeutically when it aligns with a client’s goals and preferences. Music can offer meaningful pathways for emotional expression, regulation, insight, and connection beyond words alone.
-
Her Focus: Rooted in a Family Systems lens, Sandria specializes in individual and music therapy, offering uniquely creative, collaborative pathways to navigate anxiety, stress, grief, and identity questions beyond words alone.

The Shepherd: Pastor David brings the seasoned wisdom of guiding a 1,000+ member Greater Toronto Area congregation, combined with specialized training in education, theology, and crisis care. He firmly believes that therapy should never feel cold or intimidating and intentionally weaves a healthy dose of humor into our work. To him, authentic humor is a therapeutic tool—a gift that de-escalates tension, breaks down defensive walls, and reminds us that even in the midst of profound pain, joy and resilience are still entirely accessible.
-
His Focus: Brings a congenial, easy-to-trust energy and a healthy dose of humor to the marital co-counselling room, alongside specialized expertise in helping individuals navigate grief, divorce care, and addiction recovery.
